Return Policy - General
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and the returned product and/or equipment must be in resellable condition. In the event any item needs to be returned Evil Fire Lizard Productions "will not be" responsible for any shipping and handling fees unless prior arrangements have been made. Please send an email to sales@evilfirelizard.com listing the product and the reason for return. You will be issued a return code that must appear on the label of any returned item DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO EVIL FIRE LIZARD PRODUCTIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.

Return Policy - Chemicals - Raw Components
Most materials have a limited shelf life and may not be returned. To determine if a material is suitable for return, send email to sales@evilfirelizard.com for return authorization. If a product is deemed acceptable for return, a return code will be given. All returns must be shipped back to Evil Fire Lizard Productions freight prepaid.

Evil Fire Lizard Productions makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to a product's suitability for a particular application, or that any such use will not infringe a copyright or patent. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability.

Ordering
- We accept only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal - No C.O.D.s
- We can only ship to the lower 48 states.
- Some materials are hazardous to ship via UPS. Hazardous shipping fees may apply, and this is indicated in the product description.
- UPS requires a full street address, i.e.: St., Rd., Blvd, Dr., Ct., etc. We can NOT ship to post office boxes.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Ordering: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal only. No C.O.D.s orders available only in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Freight: Freight charges and hazardous goods shipping charges (if applicable) are extra and will be added to all invoices.

Taxes: we are required to charge you sales tax in some states. If you feel you are tax exempt, please email sales@evilfirelizard.com to receive instructions. We cannot apply a tax exempt number retroactively.

You will be notified either by phone or e-mail of any pricing issues and all final charges including freight and/or hazardous shipping charges (if applicable) prior to processing your order.
