Any person or entities wanting to submit content or ideas to be sold under the Evil Fire Lizard Name.

?. What is in it for the contributor?

Short answer “Money” and “Fame”. More specifically an outlet for your work with a monthly commission paid to you.

This gives you an opportunity to use our catchy name and our marketing to get yourself known and to have your work exist in multiple mediums. We can take a cocktail napkin sketch into a latex mask or production item and bring it to life in a variety of mediums.

A few contributor notes….

Submittal of an item does not guarantee our acceptance of said item.
Once submitted the item will be reviewed to ensure is compatible with our company and is reproducible.
a. For example a really cool Easter Bunny, no matter how much effort you put into it, is still an Easter Bunny and not something we would reproduce. However a really cool Easter Bunny missing half it’s head or eating any number of popular religious figures, is another item all together and should be submitted…..immediately
Once a submitted item is accepted a commission structure based on sales will be sent to you for approval. Once you agree to the defined terms, the rights to reproduce the submitted item(s) become the property of Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc.
b. Ownership of the rights does not infer the ownership of the original submitted item only our legal right to reproduce and sell the item.
c. Unless otherwise stated the right to reproduce a submitted item is exclusive to Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc.
d. The rights to a submitted item will be renewed on a mutually agreed upon schedule.
THE CONTRIBUTOR COMES FIRST! Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc. Will always provide credit to the contributor on every accepted item to include a link from all products to a bio page on our web site.
Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc. pays for all costs to include but not limited to reproduction, marketing, packaging and shipping. All you have to do is sit back and collect a monthly commission check based on sales.
Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc. cannot predict how the fickle masses will react to your product submission; therefore, we cannot guarantee any sales figures. However it is very important to understand that it is in both the contributors and Evil Fire Lizard Production’s best interest to market and sale accepted items to the best of our ability as it is how both of us get paid.
As we require art/creative services we will always solicit our contributors first. For example if we are submitted something not quite finished we will solicit our contributors to fill in any blanks required to get the item to a reproducible state and he\she will get a portion of the commission off that item as well as any other accepted item he or she may already have with Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc.

Commission Example below is only to provide a guideline into how it works – the numbers are fictitious as each accepted product is unique and cannot be pounded into any universal conformity.

For this example a contributor named Bob has submitted an item to Evil Fire Lizard Productions, Inc.

Example – Bob Submits an Original Latex Mask he made in his garage – (Bunny Rabbit choking on a Santa Claus for people who need an example)
Since this items is a completed mask we can simply create a mold and start producing them. Bob would get 10% on every mask sold up to a total of 20 masks then his percentage would increase to 15% for the next 20, once we sold 40 of Bob’s Bunny Masks his percentage would go up to 20%.

Now if Bob’s Bunny mask came to us as a sketch on a cocktail napkin he would still get idea/concept credit but since we have to create the refined drawing – come up with the Bunny Color Scheme, Sculpt the Bad Ass Bunny, well Bob wouldn’t be entitled to the same level of commission. Bob would get 2% on every mask sold up to a total of 20 masks then his percentage would increase to 3% for the next 20, once we sold 40 of Bob’s Bunny Masks his percentage would go up to 4%. So Bob makes coin for a cocktail napkin!
